Returns & Exchanges

 

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

 

Refund Method

 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

If a receipt is not available, store credit may be issued at the lowest recent selling price

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

 

Opened or used products

Custom or personalized items

Party kits, slime kits, or craft kits once opened

Seasonal/holiday merchandise

Clearance items

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund.
